UPCOMING MARKETS / FESTIVALS

When is the last time you took your partner out for date night? Or maybe you're wanting to spend some quality time with another special person in your life. In either case, I'm ready to host you for a fun-filled and creative evening at the always delicious Respect Is Burning Kitchen & Bar!

Last month we trialed "Paint Your Partner Night", an evening inspired by a growing trend of couples painting a portrait of each other and revealing their results online. Just like videos you may have seen, the result was some hilariously unique and also stunningly beautiful artworks fueled by love and attention. 

We had such a blast, we're hosting a second event! Join me THIS THURSDAY, July 4th @ 7 PM for a loosely guided painting session with someone you love. Tickets are $70 / couple, absolutely no painting skill is required, and all supplies are included. Top it off with some drinks and apps from our gracious host establishment and you've got the perfect night out! Laughs guaranteed.

Regular Paint Alongs are officially on hold for the summer months - as now is the time many lovely painters like to kick back at camp, the beach and elsewhere. But if you just can't wait until the fall - you might consider booking me for your very own painting event!

They are a great idea for family reunions, team-building events, bachelorette parties, and more. I will travel anywhere in Greater Sudbury or beyond to paint this summer. You'll select your preferred painting, or I can create a custom work for your group! I bring everything we need to paint, and setup / cleanup is included. Phew! Anyone else feel like the month of June just flew by? I had a wonderful month filled with so many fun projects. Creating clay insects with kindergarten classes, sketching strange creatures with a fantastic group at Mindmelt Studio, spending time with a special shelter doggo, and getting my summer garden ready. But a highlight was definitely setting up weekend shop in Ottawa for Art in the Park! I'll say it was my most successful art market to date, and I am incredibly grateful for the response to my art and wares from collectors who visited the fest and my moody booth setup under the willow tree. Thank you, thank you to all who stopped by (including my buddy Sprout pictured here)! 🌱
